Shipping policy
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Belgium and (optionally adjust: Europe/Benelux). Orders outside this region are possible upon request.
Shipping Methods
In accordance with Belgian legislation, we offer at least two delivery options:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker if you are not at home
You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout, before you confirm your order. No hidden fees will be charged.
Free shipping is available on orders of €50 or more.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within: 1–3 business days
- Delivery usually takes place within: 2–5 business days
According to Belgian law, delivery must take place within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Delays
If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an adjusted delivery timeframe. In such cases, you have the right to cancel your order.
Not Home at Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, your package may be:
- Delivered to a pickup point
- Left in a safe place or with neighbors (depending on the carrier)
